Group Bookings
If you book out The Welcome Swallow accommodation with Bookabach you will have the cabins and lodge to yourselves. The flip side of this is that if there are any other bookings (even for a single bed) we take The Welcome Swallow off Bookabach for that date. So if the dates you want to stay appear to already be booked on the Bookabach system please check the booking calendar above for availability of individual rooms and beds as many may still be available for you and your group. If you haven't booked the place out with Bookabach you will not have the place to yourselves.

Group Booking Lodge and Cabins
You can book out the lodge and cabins of The Welcome Swallow exclusively for your group. The lodge has a large living area ideal for group activities. A well equipped kitchen adjoins the living area.
Up to 15 people - $320
BBH Members can subtract $3 from these prices!!! Bookings must be made by phone to receive the discount, you can ring us at 09 405 1019.
*Reception is based in a corner of the Lodge and onsite managers will be able to help with any enquiries you might have.
